DELIVERY

We dispatch all orders within 2-7 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. If orders are made at the weekend or on bank holidays, they will be prepared on the next business day. It will not be possible to send orders to PO Boxes.

Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Feel free to contact customerservice@mipounet.com. if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.

Our packages are shipped with TIPSA (Spain) and UPS (international) and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.

Please contact your local customs office for further information about customs policies. Mipounet cannot inform you about the amount of taxes and duties and any delays in delivery of the package.
